Nicely appointed place & new-fashioned room that was huge. The staff was accommodating and absolutely kind. Units with comfortable bed. The hotel had a remote setting close to airport.

It was good time in Hartford. I liked that the hotel was FINE and overall clean. The breakfasts with several options.

The room is large, brand-new comes with updated equipment, 1 full size bed plus refrigerator.

Overall it is a nicely appointed hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the location was favourable within walking distance of downtown. The property offers a huge variety of food that was good. The hotel staff is decent and competent😀

Fairly clean great value hotel with a heated pool and a favourable location close to tourist attractions. Good service, spotlessly clean room complete with 1 full size bed, refrigerator plus fresh towels. Early check-in, late check-out. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Very nice experience there.

This hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area, making it easy to explore the city. The complimentary breakfast offers a variety of hot and cold options to start your day. The friendly staff is always ready to help and provide useful information about the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and a nice shower.

One downside is the strong smell of chlorine from the pool area, it may be bothersome for some guests.

Generally good value for money

It was inconvenient that hotel did not have shuttle service to Hartford Airport. The second day the hotel was running the gas fireplace in the lounge/eating area when it was warm and humid outside. Although it was pretty it was making the room very hot and "drove us" out of the room. Lastly the maintenance in the room I was in (specifically the bathroom) needed some minor repairs on the ceiling that would would have made the room more attractive and desirable.

Biscuits were put out for breakfast and asked worker if gravy was coming out - reply was - No, it's Sunday and I'm too busy. A simple no would have sufficed without the comment.

We were very satisfied with our one night stay. The room and hotel were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good. The service was excellent. The staff was polite and helpful in finding and returning our misplaced toiletry bag. I'll recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room was great and the staff phenomenal. Alex at the front desk was lovely and she helped arrange the shuttle bus for me when I arrived in Hartford and again when I left.

The hotel was clean, the people were friendly and it was located conveniently for my visit.

The rooms with housekeeping. Decent competent staff, favourable location in a sketchy part of town.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Jose, the manager, was particularly great, taking his time to train new staff members and resolving any issues promptly. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, with beds and pillows being especially comfortable. We loved the inclusion of a fridge, microwave, and Keurig in the room, making our stay even more convenient. The breakfast provided was perfect, as it was ready and waiting for us before our early college visit. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal for us, as it was within walking distance of downtown and close to the convention center for our meeting at a local school.

Couldn't stay longer.

It had a shuttle to the conference center. It was right off the highway.

The shuttle stopped before 9pm.

The only thing that I would have liked, is a small refrigerator in the room.
